Flipfix Tile Door Beaded Frame Wall Panel
This custom-made lift-out panel is only suitable for wall application. With the FlipFix feature, it means that less time is needed to fit in comparison to standard access panels.
As a customisable item, all of our ceramic tile door panels are made to measure.
The panel has a fully demountable door which is located with via a locating angle at the bottom of the door.
To stop the door from falling away from the frame when opening the panel, it comes with a Controlled Action device.
Size ranges are made to measure according to customer specification.

Construction and Installation
The panel is manufactured from Zintec steel with a 0.9mm thick door and a 1.2mm frame.
It is designed with a perforated frame and a moisture board so that tiles can adhere to it properly.
See video below for installing the panel into a wall.
When applying the tiling, the tiles should not overhang the frame or door as doing so will damage the tiles.
